Location: Beit Zatoun 612 Markham St. (Off of Bloor just west of Bathurst)
Note: The main space can have a ramp set up with prior notice, the washrooms are not accessible.
 
The GTWA holds monthly general membership meetings in order to shape our organization, discuss politics and plan our work. Members are encouraged to attend and take part. Supporters and observers are welcome. To join the GTWA visit: http://www.workersassembly.ca for information on membership.
 
Draft Agenda 

1) Introductions (5 mins)
2) Report back from survey (10 mins)
3) Break out groups on internal equity and its relationship to racialized/gendered austerity (30 mins)
     i.Self-evaluation – what can we do to change this?
     ii. What are the gendered and racialized impacts of austerity?
     iii. What are two or three things we can do right now? 
4) Large discussion from breakout groups (30 mins)
5) Group discussion: What would an effective GMM look like? (30 mins)
6) Motions, Action plan, Announcements, (15 mins)
     i.   Motion from transit campaign
     ii.  Next General Assembly
     iii. Pride parade
