Stop the Liberal Government's Attack on Care for Seniors

We hope that every Assembly member, who can, will attend. We will be attacking the Liberal’s approach to seniors’ care:

-cuts to alternate level of care beds, rehabilitation and palliative care in acute care hospitals
-the transfer of patients to unregulated, for-profit retirement homes
-the difficulty of accessing homecare and the conditions for workers in that sector
-the lack of a standard of personal/nursing care in long term care
-the preference of this government to provide long term care in a for-profit setting
