Book Party and Public Forum on the Challenges Facing Workers in Canada and the United States

Meet Steve Early, author of The Civil Wars in U.S. Labor, and John Borsos from the new California-based National Union of Healthcare Workers.

Steve Early was a Communications Workers (CWA) representative in the U.S. and Canada for 27 years. He has written about union issues for Our Times, Labor Notes, The Nation, and many other publications. John Borsos is a veteran of struggles for union democracy and reform within the Service Employees International Union.

Radical Politics Goes Mainstream!

The Greater Toronto Workers' Assembly is hosting a discussion about Occupy Wall St., the Occupation movement in general, and Occupy Toronto in particular, with an eye to developing a coherent political strategy for the GTWA. The meeting is open to all GTWA members and allies.
